Family room affected by sewage in Walker, MN

This basement family room was affected with sewage water after this homes septic line become blocked in Walker, MN.  As you can see in the first picture much of the contents were placed on a tarp to protect them from becoming affected by the water.  SERVPRO of Brainerd and Park Rapids was able to differentiate between any salvageable and non-salvageable items.  After explaining our process and addressing their concerns, we were than able to perform the necessary demolition required to clean and disinfect any contaminants in the affected areas.  Our customers were excited with our sense of urgency on their behalf.
