That Water You Don't See:

In this case and exterior spigot cracked causing wet damage to this entryway.  We were able to utilize our training and professional equipment to show the homeowner just how water can spread throughout the entryway.

As you can see in the two pictures, SERVPRO had to remove the base trim, ceramic flooring and wall covering to correctly dry out the structure and prevent any further damage.

The customer was surprised as to how much the water had actually spread.  After just three days we were able to dry the structure and prepare it for remodeling.
