Frozen house in Sebeka, MN

During a polar vortex storm temperatures tend to drop well into the negative temperatures for extended periods of time.  In this case the temperature remained under freezing for more than three weeks.  A hot water line burst and spread humidity throughout the house.

The resulting photo shows frost build up from the humidity coupled with freezing temperatures.  This just a fraction of the damage that resulted throughout the whole house.  SERVPRO of Brainerd and Park Rapids was called in to perform any necessary demolition.

Always here to help.  218-568-6923

Storm damage on this cabin in Deerwood.

When a late night storm tore through a nearby community SERVPRO was called out in the middle of the night for an emergency tarp job after a tree branch went through the roof.  We arrived the next morning to find extensive damage on the interior both from the tree branch and the heavy rains that occurred.  We were able to pack out and store the contents in order to perform the needed demolition and dry out of the structure.
